Grown by Luis Rodrigo Romero at his farm La Esmeralda in San Agustin, Huila. This coffee is 100% Caturra variety and is grown at an altitude 1650 meters above sea level. The farm is a total area of 5 hectares, 4 of which are coffee with a total of 20,000 trees. Mr. Romero is married to Erminia Bravo with whom he has 2 sons, Edwin and Esneider. In addition to coffee, Luis and his son Edwin produce honey which they sell at local markets. The cup is perfumed with flowers and lemon zest accompanied by a sparkling lemon-lime flavor that fades to soft peach, tropical fruit, and a sweet lingering finish.
