Our latest Ethiopian offering originates from the city of Limu in the Oromia region and is processed in the washed method.
This coffee surprised us with its striking juiciness, while still retaining such balance and delicacy. The cup is lined with juicy blackberry and hibiscus, an array of citrus (think lemon, lime, tangerine, etc.), black tea, and a touch of lavender.
