Mandy began practicing Iyengar yoga over ten years ago to fulfill a college P.E. requirement. Since then, she has regularly practiced Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga. In 2003, she discovered John Friend's Anusara teachings through a lunchtime yoga class at the National Gallery of Art. Inspired by the healing potential of Anusara's principles of alignment, she completed an Anusara teacher training course in the fall of 2004 at City Yoga in Berlin, Germany. She has been teaching yoga enthusiastically ever since, most recently to teenagers in Baltimore and to her stressed-out friends in graduate school. Her classes are designed to help students re-connect body, mind and breath in a fun, energetic and playful atmosphere.

Audra began yoga while on a backpacker's excursion throughout Nepal and India in 2004. Her first teacher was Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati whom she encountered in Rishikesh, India. She later discovered that this teacher was the president of the Bihar School of Yoga. Inspired by this well renowned guru she continued her studies of yoga and Ayurveda in India for the next two years. She was certified a Hatha Yoga instructor by Yoga Vidya Dham located in Nashik, India in 2005. Currently, she enhances her personal practice with the Mysore-style Ashtanga yoga which she studied while residing in Pune, India. Her teaching technique embraces these styles learned from India as well as others gained from Israel and Thailand. Her class runs in an upbeat fashion aimed at introducing people of all levels to the joy and benefits of yoga.
