"Peebies" is short for "peaberries," and this particular peaberry lot comes from several small farms in western-central Colombia's Tolima and Huila regions. Peebies is notable for a fruity, nutty sweetness that still comes through in this, our darkest roast; it also does double-duty in our bestselling House Roast
